Policy and Partnerships
Max works across BRAC UPGI’s global Policy and Partnerships unit, supporting policy engagement, thought leadership, and partnership development to advance government scale-up of the Graduation approach. He is particularly interested in the evidence base behind Graduation and its intersections with climate adaptation and social protection.
Prior to joining BRAC, Max’s interest in international development began with an internship at Results for Development’s Center for Education Innovations. He comes from a communications background, leading advertising strategy for congressional candidate Mckayla Wilkes in Maryland and developing content strategy for Copenhagen social media startup Falcon.io. Max holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs with a focus on international cooperation, economics, and policy analysis.
