Kefa Mogere is responsible for the global finance and operations function providing leadership and oversight in HR, IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Grants Management. His interest is in ensuring operational excellence in finance and operations as a foundational piece in support of program delivery.

Prior to joining BRAC, Kefa served in various positions in international organizations in finance and operations in Sub-Saharan Africa and other international assignments. Most recently he served with CARE international, Plan International, International Potato Center, and World Vision International.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Africa Nazarene University, a Bachelor’s degree from USIU-Africa, and is a Certified Public Accountant (K) with certifications in Grants Management and IT.
