Ingabire Jean Claude Pacifique is embedded within the Rwanda Ministry of Local Governance as the Graduation Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. His key responsibilities include supporting UPGI in the monitoring and evaluation tasks including data collection, data management, dissemination of data and strategic information to potential stakeholders as well as carrying out other related programmatic and communication responsibilities to ensure the smooth implementation of the National Strategy for Sustainable Graduation as well as supporting the district graduation committees.
Jean Claude has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and fifteen years of experience specializing in monitoring, evaluation, research, design, and coordination of diverse transformative projects/programs. Prior to joining UPGI, Jean Claude worked as a consultant focused on data collection, analysis, and reporting for projects commissioned by UN agencies, NGOs, and international development partners. He also has worked as a Strategic Information and Evaluation Coordinator at the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
Outside of work, Jean Claude enjoys graphic arts and design, football, and listening to oldies.
