Program Design and Impact

Farabi works closely with the UPG Program in Bangladesh, distilling key information and insights to effectively scale the graduation program through different governments. He also plays a vital role in synergizing the efforts of the teams in BRAC’s Dhaka HQ, with that of its global counterparts by leading high-quality immersion visits for stakeholders and coordinating operational activities.

Before joining UPGI, Farabi spent two years working with Swisscontact as Project Coordinator. He worked with Local Economic Development (LED) for municipalities, in lieu of governance, service delivery and market systems development. Prior that he managed and strategically drove B2B projects for an IT Consultancy Company, focusing on web technologies, digital automation, and omnichannel marketing.

Farabi has completed his Masters in Development Studies and BSc. in Economics from North South University.
