Christophe is a Program Manager for the UPGI program in Rwanda. Christophe supports the planning and coordination of the UPGI Rwanda program, ensuring the proficiency of graduation advisors in Government offices. He supports developing investment proposals, work plans, and budgets. He also coordinates with the BRAC UPGI global teams to implement policies, manage communications, coordinate across teams, organize events, etc., aligning efforts with the Rwandan Government’s scaling initiatives.
Prior to joining UPGI team, Christophe served as an Impact Evaluation Analyst at Development Impact Evaluation’s World Bank Research Group in Rwanda. In this role, he took the lead in managing a diverse Impact Evaluation portfolio spanning sectors such as agriculture, transport, and social protection. Before working at the World Bank, he was a Senior Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in the Rwanda Country Office, further honing his expertise in the field of program implementation and impact assessment.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and biking adventures in the 1,000 hills of Rwanda.
