Christian Thomas R. Deloria is a Senior Programme Specialist for the Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative in the Philippines. Christian has extensive experience in program management, policy development, impact evaluation management, and partnership building.

Before joining UPGI, Christian worked for 18 years in the Philippine Government holding various management positions, particularly at the Department of Social Welfare and Development, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, and Department of Labor and Employment.

Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Development and a postgraduate diploma in Urban and Regional Planning.
