Program Design and Impact
As a Technical Advisor, Boudewijn advises governments on the design of the graduation approach and how the approach can be integrated into government programs.
Prior to joining the BRAC-UPGI team Boudewijn worked with GIZ in Zambia as Nutrition Governance Advisor in which he advised nutrition committees in planning, monitoring, and advocating for multi-sectoral nutrition interventions. This role had him living in rural Zambia working with government programs. Before working for GIZ in Zambia, Boudewijn worked with Oxfam Novib as Social Impact Researcher where he conducted impact evaluations to learn from and improve Oxfam’s projects.
He is a Development Economist with a Master’s Degree in Development Economics from Wageningen University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Utrecht University.
