Anoushka Agarwal is a Program Officer for Finance and Operations. She is based in New Delhi, India.

Anoushka brings over 4 years of diverse experience in management, education, and operations specializing in program management, student welfare, and business strategy. Her extensive expertise includes financial management, cross-functional leadership, and people management. She has a proven track record of streamlining processes to create operational efficiency, managing and working with multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining BRAC International, Anoushka served as the Assistant Manager of the Student Life Office at Ashoka University.

Anoushka holds a Master’s in Business Administration from ESADE Business School, specializing in social impact, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Economics and Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Ashoka University.
