Rosette Mutesi is a Graduation Advisor based in Kigali, Rwanda.

Rosette is a seasoned development professional with over seven years of experience in both national and international organizations. Throughout her career, she worked closely with government agencies, spearheading poverty reduction programs. With a strong understanding of poverty dynamics and proven experience in implementing and monitoring graduation approaches.

Throughout her career, Rosette has honed her leadership, project management, gender mainstreaming, coaching and mentoring, and technical expertise. She excels at leading and empowering teams, coordinating and guiding projects, and effectively resolving challenges while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Her expertise is in program development, monitoring and evaluation, and fostering collaborations between public and private sectors.

Through her background in public health, she has served at different international and national organizations including Global Health Corps, Gardens for Health International, Health Development Initiative, the Ministry of Youth, and AJPRODHO JIJUKIRWA.

She holds a B.S. in Public Health and has undergone several trainings from the Yale Training Institute in New Haven, USA.
