Puji is the Policy and Program Coordinator for UPGI’s operations in Indonesia. Puji brings over 20 years of experience in the development sector, having collaborated with various Indonesian ministries on various development projects. His expertise spans multiple sectoral programs, including governance, social protection, poverty reduction, community development, rural development, economic policy, and environmental issues.

Throughout his career, Puji has cultivated strong partnerships with government agencies at both the national and sub-national levels. Notably, he has collaborated closely with esteemed institutions such as the Ministry of Development Planning/Bappenas, Ministry of Social Affairs, Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, as well as the Executive Office of The President and TNP2K.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Development, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science and Fisheries, underscoring his interdisciplinary approach to addressing development challenges.
