Yvonne is a Program Associate for UPGI’s operations in Rwanda. She is responsible for covering all aspects of operations, finance and administration processes to deliver the UPGI scale-up strategy in Rwanda, she supports the Country Lead with day-to-day program logistics, procurement, travel, and administrative operations and works closely with all the staff. 

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel France.
