Tasnia is responsible for providing technical support and assistance for UPGI operations around the world, maintaining industry-standard procedures, managing system and user administration, resolving the problem of ERP and other existing applications, facilitating virtual meetings, assisting with documentation and custom reports, and suggesting process improvements scope and automation.

Before becoming a member of the UPGI team, she held the position of Executive in the IT Server & Systems team at Daraz Bangladesh Limited (Alibaba Group). She initially joined Daraz as an intern-IT in 2020 and demonstrated proficiency in IT support skills, eventually advancing as Junior Executive in the IT Server & Systems team. Along with regular server maintenance tasks, she has been actively involved in the execution of different local and regional IT projects, deploying administrative policies for user control and coordinating with Alibaba IT (China) to resolve any escalated user or portal issues.

She has completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University with distinction Magna cum laude.

She has an interest in problem-solving, learning about emerging new technologies like cybersecurity and DevOps, and working with databases, cloud-based apps and infrastructures, and Windows and Linux servers. Her broad range of interests and skills ensure a significant impact on the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems and applications while contributing to the development and implementation of innovative new technologies and solutions.
