Jane is the Head of HR at BRAC Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative (UPGI) and oversees implementation of HR Strategies; effective delivery of HR services and management; interpretation and application of HR policies; rules and regulations; facilitation of internal procedures and process solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues. She will work to promote a collaborative, client-oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale. She will support formulation of solid HR strategies and implement Project human resources initiatives to attract, develop, motivate, and retain the most suitable talent throughout the projects and facilitate successful performance management.

Prior to joining BRAC, Jane worked for with RTI International where she led the Human Resource Department supporting six countries – Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Tanzania

She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management degree from Makerere University. She is also a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a qualified CHRP-K.
