Consoleé has a wealth of leadership experience in socio-economic development across governmental and non-governmental sectors. This includes her tenure as Vice Mayor, overseeing economic development and social affairs for Kayonza District. She has also worked as a Field Coordinator for Kirehe and Ngoma Districts in Rwanda’s Eastern Province under the USAID/Intra-Health project, where she advanced monitoring and evaluation efforts. She also served as a national trainer of community health workers under the Ministry of Health, Rwanda.

She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in project management, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in education administration.
