Panelists include Diva Dhar (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation), Claire Hutchings (BRAC International), Atul Satija (Nudge Institute), and Dianne Calvi (Village Enterprise). The panel was moderated by Mahreen Khan from the Oxford Martin School Programme on the Future of Development.

The panel discussion talks about the Graduation approach, the current learnings and challenges to scaling through government systems, and how evidence can facilitate progress in scaling evidence-backed solutions.
